Return and Exchange Conditions

Product Quality Issues

Inappropriate Size
– If the size of the goods you purchased is not suitable, you can apply for an exchange within 30 days after receiving the goods. The goods must be unused and in the original packaging.

Color does not match the description
– If the color of the goods you received does not match the description, you can contact us within 30 days after receiving the goods to apply for a return and exchange.

Return and Exchange Process

Contact Customer Service
– Please contact customer service by phone or email to explain the reason for the return and exchange and provide relevant supporting materials.

Confirm the return and exchange application
– Customer service will review your application within 1-2 working days after receiving your application and confirm the return and exchange with you.

Returning the goods
– After the return or exchange application is confirmed, please return the goods to the return address we provide. Please ensure that the goods are intact and keep the courier receipt for the returned goods.

Processing returns and exchanges
– We will inspect the returned goods within 3 working days after receiving them, and handle the return and exchange procedures after confirmation. For exchange applications, we will send out new goods as soon as possible; for return applications, we will return the money to your payment account within 10 working days after inspection.


Keep the goods intact
– The returned or exchanged goods must be unused and the original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact. If the goods are affected by secondary sales due to personal reasons (such as stains, odors, etc. after trying on), we will not be able to accept the return or exchange application.

Special goods are not returned or exchanged
– Special price goods, underwear, swimwear, accessories and other personal intimate items are not supported for return or exchange, please understand.

Shipping fee description
– For returns and exchanges due to quality problems or wrong goods, the shipping fee will be borne by us; for returns and exchanges due to inappropriate size, personal preference, etc., the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
